We have been here many times and the food has been great, but on the 11th when my family and I had gone for supper, we were a bit disappointed. Our waiter was in a rush with us. She had brought our starter to the table and just walked away and my family had wanted to order the food. She also did not check up on the table to see if we were fine and if we would like anything. When we did eventually order the waitress did not inform us about the Wednesday burger special and what it did not include (the trio sliders option) and therefore we went ahead and ordered it in addition to other burgers, and only when receiving the bill did we find out. The burgers themselves we’ve had before and they were fantastic, however this time, the buns were VERY stale and overly toasted (even my boyfriends gums got somewhat cut from it) and even the colour was off compared to previous times. Overall this wasn’t the experience we were used to from Taste of Tennessee and that was very disappointing and dissatisfying.
